Hello po! You see, I'm a high school senior, who just like you, both passed Ateneo and UP. I know you felt what I'm feeling right now and I just wanted to ask what made you decide to go to UP. My course on both schools is Economonics, by the way. Thank you so much!

First of all, congratulations! That's something you should really be proud of! :) Regardless of what school I chose, the one thing that's certain was that my undergraduate degree is going to be pre-law, so a major factor was really my course: I just really felt like taking up Creative Writing more than Legal Management. But what ultimately made me decide was the fact that UP has always been my dream school. It is after all the national university, the prestige of just being an Iskolar is immeasurable. Its faculty, its alumni, its people -- everything about the UP experience just completely excited me. Coming from an all-girls private school all my life, I knew I needed the freedom to express and find myself completely, which I know I can only find in UP. I guess you should consider where you see yourself totally blending in and enjoying. Maybe you should try visiting both campuses? I did that during my senior year; it actually helped :) I hope that answered your question somehow, Anon! But know that whatever school you choose, it really is up to you to make the most out of your college years :) Let me know what you decide on :)
